A refund to reflect the updated sale price can be made within 1 week purchase.

READY TO WEAR

Orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled by contacting studio@patrickchurchartist.com.

MADE TO ORDER & CUSTOM

Made to order and customized items are considered final sale and cannot be canceled or returned to patrickchurchartist.com for a refund. Once a Made to Order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

READY TO WEAR

As a small business we appreciate a willingness to exchange or accept store credit. These options are always available to you for unworn merchandise , if shipped back within 30 days of receipt. Returns are accepted for full price items as an alternative if shipped within 30 days of receipt. Sale items can be returned for store credit within 30 days of receipt.

Please note that once a Made to order or customized product request has successfully been submitted, it cannot be cancelled, modified or returned for a refund.

Standard shipping is $4.99 to help cover cost of our dedicated logistics staff, packaging, and postage. Estimated delivery within 3 – 7 business days from date of purchase.

INTERNATIONAL

Shipping from the USA, rates are calculated at checkout based on location. Customs are not paid at checkout and may be required upon delivery.
